General Information, Terms and Prices.

00. CommunicationCommunication will primarily be via my Business E-Mail:

01. GENERAL TERMSI have the right to reject any order for any reason.Types of commissions:
Headshot/Bust, Half Body or Full Body pieces of human or humanoid characters without backgrounds (except simple ones).Please provide me with:
a colored reference or detailed description of the character(s)
description of the situation/scene (emotions/expressions, mood, atmosphere, ...)
pose references
clothing references (optional)
anything else you feel I need to know
I got some type of aphantasia, so the more visual pointers the better! Also references are great to prevent miscommunication because of the language barrier.
What I draw:
Human(oid) characters
Original characters
DnD characters
Fanart
Ships and couples
Simple/cartoony animal designs
Armour and simple mecha stuff
Mild gore ore injuries/blood
Simple backgrounds
NSFW (please read the point about those specifically)
What I DON'T draw:
Realism
Celebrities and any other known + real people
Complex backgrounds
Illegal ships and anything offensive/hateful or with the intention of causing harm (no negotiation)
If you are unsure about anything feel free to ask me! I'm open for negotiation, just know that the price might increase.Regarding humanoid characters: I am open to draw Furries, though you should know that I have almost no experience in it. Drawings of Furries will end up looking like my werewolf character (check "08. Example Works" for more references)
NSFW Commissions:
I'm uncomfortable with minors seeing my NSFW art and because of that I will only draw you a NSFW commission if you're at least 18 years old
You are required to provide a valid form of photo ID via my Business E-Mail to verify your age
I require a photo of you holding that photo ID, so I can check if the ID matches to your person
Please make sure to cover up any other information visible on your ID except for your photo and date of birth
If there is an issue with your ID for gender identity reasons and you are comfortable doing so, please speak to me about it directly and we'll try to find a solution together
02. PRICESSketch: Bust 20€ / Half Body 30€ / Full Body 40€Coloured Sketch: Bust 40€ / Half Body 50€ / Full Body 60€Flat Colours: Bust 60€ / Half Body 70€ / Full Body 80€Full Colours: Bust 80€ / Half Body 100€ / Full Body 120€Additional Characters: + 50% of the original price of an one character commission (per character)Prices might increase depending on the complexity of the character(s) designs and/or background. I will inform you about that during the early stages of our E-Mail conversation.
03. PROCESS & DELIVERSThe time it takes me to finish your commission varies 1 week – 1 month depending on factors such as my fulltime job, health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, etc.I ask you to be mindfull of that.I'll will try to keep you updated but if you are wondering what the current status of your commission is, feel free to message me via my Business E-Mail.Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image via E-Mail. There is no physical product.Commissions are completed in the order they are received.
04. REVISIONSYou are allowed to request changes on the commissioned piece during the sketching phase.I’ll send you the sketch via my Business E-Mail and only continue after approval/correction from your side.If you asked for changes I will check in with you once more for approval before continuing with the lining/colouring.After that I won’t change mayor parts of the drawing – unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
05. PAYMENT INFORMATION

You will have to pay half of the price up-front before I will start your commission
You are required to pay the second half after approving the sketch and before I continue with the lining/colouring of the commissioned piece
Full payment up-front if you're only purchasing a Sketch Commission
06. COPYRIGHT & USAGEI, corax.crown (the artist)
Product: Artwork, Sketch, Revisions
You (the customer/commissioner)The following is considered copyright infringement:The Customer is not allowed to (in any way or from) to resell the product online or in stores. Using the product on mugs, t-shirts, or any other merchandise is prohibited in all cases. This also includes redistribution of print on paper as posters or any other material format. If the product is seen in any commercial and makes a profit, it is seen as a violation of use and liable to punishment under the copyright law. Violations include reposting artwork without credit to original artist.
In addition, the customer is not allowed to enter the product in contests, raffles, competitions, or anything of the same nature in all cases. The use of the product in art galleries, museums, art stores, public space, and all other public displays are prohibited without knowledge or consent from the artist.Any artwork such as sketch, revisions, and final product remain the property of the artist and may not be commercially used by the customer in any way.Reposting or using the commission as an icon is allowed, as long as proper credit is given!
07. CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICYThe buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.If for any reasons I am unable to continue your commission you will receive a full refund.As the artist I reserve the right to: Refuse any request for whatever reason.If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
